  It's my local shopping centre & over several years I've got to know several employees in various shops. It's nice when they show that they've remembered things from previous encounters that we've had. It makes me feel as if I belong there, & that I'm a valued customer.

  First time here. This shopping center is massive. The parking is great and lots of it. Information screens are everywhere and easy to use. Spent a few hours shopping and looking around and there is everything you will need. All staff i encountered were friendly and very helpfull and a great selection of food in the food court.
