Yes Optus

I went to Optus after being a LONG time Telstra customer because I felt the quality of the service being delivered to its customers from them had to be the bottom of the bad service pit. I was wrong. Since going over to Optus not only has my mobile phone coverage and reliability suffered tremendously (I knew the network wasn't up to Telstra standards, but I actually had no idea it would be THIS bad), but my home internet has slowed to dial up sometimes and I'm actually not even saving any money (again, not a factor in my reason to switch, but it could be for some). All in all, stay away from anyone except Telstra. As soon as this package we're on is up for renewal I'll be taking everything back to Telstra. The reliability alone is almost enough to make me want to breach this contract and go back to them.
